Favorite things that I bought in 2024

As every year, I write a few reviews before the new year. I thought I would do it a little earlier this year and do it before Christmas. And share the contribution into two instead of a really long one.

In the past 2-3 years I have made less decorative items and more DIY and craft. The reason for this is that I am mostly quite satisfied with what we have and what things look like in our house. I didn’t have the urge to give rooms a complete revision, but I added a few things to the house, and here are my favorites.

Favorite things that I bought for our cats

Now that winter is here, I try to keep our only woman who we call Pixie or pretty girl. But I also not only bought things for the outdoor cats and some things for our inner fur babies.

When I neutered Pixie and Frank at the beginning of the year, they both were too afraid to use the little heated house. Below you can see a photo of her that finally uses the house, but she wants the flap to open so that she can see who is coming.

Frank happily sleeps in my son’s bedroom when he thanked the ladder on the roof I built for him. We also work on our computer and when my son is on college, I sleep with him almost every night. I should say I move from my bedroom to my son’s room when my husband snores. Our inner cats still hate him and the feeling is unfortunately mutually. He hates her too!

Here are Frank and Pixie. Are you not cute? I still think she’s either his daughter or granddaughter. He always wears his renegade Airtag collar, which really makes my fear easier. And on the right you can see him in bed with me.

Here are my favorite items related to cats that I bought this year.

  • Breakaway collar with removable flying (Plaid Combo & Red and Black Combo) – just look down how cute Willy and Maya look in your arch. Frank and Walter wear the other two, but I haven’t got a good photo yet. I just added the bow to Frank’s air switch.
  • Heated water and food bowl for cats – Frank and Pixie love to drink the water out of this bowl. However, it is a bit doubtful to give you wet food on one side, as it looks too fast from the heating element if you don’t eat it immediately.
  • Small heated isolated cat – cat – – –
  • Silvervine Sticks – All of our cats are obsessed with these sticks. I tried to only buy the Silvervine balls or powder, and the sticks are preferred by everyone.
  • Means of heated isolated cat house with two outputs – I bought a second house for Pixie (or whoever wants to use it), which is larger and has two options for escape, and these flaps are clear so that it can see. So far she has not yet used it, except that she takes delicacies in and then comes out immediately. I think I have to find another place for it.
  • Outdoor food house – I bought two of them for our farm for the dry food that I have for the kittens at all times. It keeps the food dry in summer and winter.
  • Increased cat outdoors (and dog) – I bought this cat bed for Frank and Pixie in summer and both use it all the time and sometimes even sleep together.
  • Electrical and electric pillows outdoors for cats and dogs – I put this heating pillow in the increased outer tent and they love it. It is not super warm, but still better than no warmth in the cold months.
  • Rattan doll bed –

And that’s it for today.

Bye,
